Project Management Consultant Service (PMC) for IGD HAP Project:
The Client is planning to transfer additional HP gas from Umm Shaif to Das Island, as part of the overall INTEGRATED GAS DEVELOPMENT (IGD) PROJECT. The additional gas will be produced from the Umm Shaif Khuff and Umm Shaif Area reservoirs. The produced gas will be initially processed in the new proposed platformHAP which is bridge connected to the existing TA and NGTP platforms at Umm Shaif and then sent through a new 46 Main Gas Line to the existing facilities on Das Island. The Front End Engineering and Design (FEED) phase of the IGD Project has been completed. The objective of this document is to provide the project description of the IGD-HAP project Details of new facilities The IGD HAP project scope consists of the PMC services for the following: · New 46 Main Gas Line (MGL), approximately 40 Kms long originating from HAP platform and terminating at Das Island. · New Habshan Platform (HAP), bridge connected to existing TA-NGTP bridge. The HAP platform includes 2 no. Dehydration packages of 264 MMSCFD capacity each, gas receiving facilities from the 2 no. well head towers being built by ADMA-OPCO, gas cooling facilities etc. · New Flare Tower · New 42 subsea pipeline approximately 1.8 Kms long to Flare Tower · Integration with existing facilities at the Umm Shaif super complex
