One of the largest consulting firms in the world has a number of exciting short term opportunities based in their offices in Abu Dhabi. This company originates from Houston, but sees the Middle East as a place where they can expand rapidly. They have just signed a number of very important contracts and they need a number of very experienced Oil industry professionals to join the team. Role
This role is for a Senior Geologist to join the team in Abu Dhabi. This role is for an initial 6 to 12 months with the prospect of having these initial contracts extended. You will be working as part of project teams on a number of exciting projects for major oil companies in the Middle East area. This role will involve Reservoir Characterisation, Mapping, Volumetrics, 3D Modelling, Prospect Generation/Evaluation and Portfolio Analysis
Skills and Experience
The ideal Senior Geologist for this role will have a minimum of 10 years of industry experience form either an operator or a service company. You should have experience of some of the requirements mentioned above and you should be either living in Abu Dhabi or be willing to re-locate to the city within the next couple of months.
