SENIOR CLAIMS CONSULTANT - DELAY ANALYST@ Associate Director Level Delay Analyst – Dubai | Abu Dhabi – UAE Claims Consultant My client operates around the globe with expertise which supports the delivery of major projects worldwide and bridges the gaps between the Construction, Legal and Financial sectors The currently have openings for Senior Claims Consultants and Delay Analysts who have a proven track record in the production and defence of extension of time and additional cost claims. You will need to be experienced in dealing with: - Contractors and Sub-Contractors
- Claims preparation
- Delay Analysis techniques
- Adjudication
- Arbitration
- Forensic Planning and in-depth investigation
The client is dealing with a major development along with associated infrastructure works, hence you will need to have at least 15 years experience working in the following sectors: Major Build - Civil - Marine - Oil & gas You will have a proven track record in pre-dispute, delay analysis and preparation of claims.
