2. Role & Responsibilities
PQM's role & responsibilities are to establish and implement the Project Quality Management System in line with the contract requirements and IMS* corporate standards. The duties include but are not limited to the followings;
(1) To support, consult and implement Quality System of the above project.
(2) To establish Project Quality Policy and continually improve it.
(3) Assist and coordinate with Project Manager and all personnel assigned to the project in establishing an overall Project Quality Plan based on IMS Management standards and Project requirements.
(4) Advise on setting-up the improvement guidelines for Project Quality Management System to project employees. Ensure improvements are implemented and results are feedback to employees.
(5) Responsible for ensuring that Project Quality Management policy, plans and procedures are implemented effectively and are suitable for the their purposes and use for which they are intended.
(6) Establish Project Quality audit program & schedule and perform the Project Quality Audit within the project organization.

(7) Report the Project Quality Audit Results to PM. (Also, QHSE Management Team Leader functionally. Project QHSE Audit Report will be issued to Owner/PMC after PM approval.)
(8) Monitor Project Quality System activities such as Engineering QC, Vendor Shop Inspection and Field QA/QC activities based on E&C Management system and Project requirements.
(9) Monitor Engineering QC Adviser, Project Inspection Manager and Field Quality Manager's performances.
(10) Coordinate and communicate with Client for project Quality concerns.
(11) To make countermeasures and consult in Quality problem areas during the operation of project execution in both head office and construction site of Project including client, vendor and subcontractor.
(12) According to Project Quality Training Plan, develop, implement and deliver to project personnel on the implementation of IMS, as required.
(13) Report the performance status of Project Quality status and issues to Project Manager.
(14) Others concerns for Project Quality Management System, if required
