Our Client, a well renowned international group is looking for an experienced, native English speaking, Operations Coordinator to support the team as well as the Operations Manager in the smooth running of the office. Immaculate presentation is a must for this very corporate office.
They are looking for someone who can assist the team with their daily duties, maintain the operations budget, petty cash management, upkeep and maintenance of the office assets and equipment as well as other ad-hoc duties to do with the operational aspect of the business.
Based in Corporate Offices in the heart of Dubai’s Financial District the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in a senior administrative role, preferably within ‘blue-chip’ environment. You will be proactive, with a ‘can-do’ attitude, someone who can contribute with out having to be prompted. You must be motivated, hard working and an integral part of the team. Having strong time management skills and the ability to adapt is a must for this position.
Salary: 16,000 to 18,000 plus benefits
