Extract: ...to finalized client contracts. . Key Tasks: Introduce a detailed cost study into the business, so that the cost base is clearly understood. Introduce and manage tendering capacities. Oversee the procurement function in Joinery. Co ordinate all correspondence to clients Manage all commercial accounts Monthly invoicing Final accounts Prepare cost report and run a monthly profit and loss account for joinery in coordination with Finance Department. Perform planning duties. Visiting sites to do a visual inspection and report on works to be carried out including preparation of preliminary budgets. Prepare Bill of Quantities and scopes of works from site inspections and drawings to enable accurate costing of the works and provide support to Junior Estimators. Prepare estimates for large and small projects across the full range of interiors and small building works. Minimum 5years in Interior Fit Out industry Knowledge ofEstimation software Accur (more....) CS
