My client is looking for a well presented, driven, ambitious and experienced Head Sommelier to join one of Dubai's most popular night spots and take control of the cellar, wine list and team of sommeliers.

For the Head Sommelier role, we need a candidate who is currently working at a high profile venue as a Sommelier in a senior role. You must have exceptional knowledge of wines from around the world and be hugely passionate about your trade. Able to match food & wines and have an amazing palate!

High volume, top quality food & service is promised and we need to have a strong leader who is hands-on and will manage the team with confidence and ease!
We are looking for someone who is passionate, hard working with a strong work ethic!
