BANKING & FINANCE LAWYER - BAHRAIN - 3 PQE +

AJP: We are presently representing a new associate lawyer level role for one of our private practice law firm clients based in Bahrain. The practice is expanding in this market due to their strong reputation and solid client base in the financial industry.
They are looking to appoint a lawyer with minimum of 3 years PQE and specialising in banking and finance for their office in Manama City. The successful applicant will have experience of complex deals and cross border experience in both conventional and Islamic Finance transactions, corporate finance, acquisition finance, debt financing, real estate finance and corporate recovery.
In terms of personality the practice are looking for someone who is business minded and works to meet client objectives as the practice has excellent and high quality and in depth relationships with their GCC base.
It is anticipated that candidates will have 3 years experience and ideally be from leading / top-tier fir (more...) JSU
