As a general rule, a senior is required to devote his/her best skills and utmost attention to diligently employ himself/herself in the business of the Firm. General Roles & Responsibilities: Ensures compliance with the firm's policies and guidance, and adherence to professional standards. Executes the planning and management of assignments in an effective and efficient manner. Ensures engagements are executed in accordance with the firm's methodologies, guidance and professional standards. Reviews work on a timely basis and in a thorough and constructive manner Requirements A relevant first level university degree. Excellent command over both Arabic and English is a must. A professional qualification degree, preferably CFA, CMA, CIMA, CFM, CPA, CA, ACCA, CVA, AVA or MBA. Excellent Analytical and Problem solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Previous experience in working with multicultural teams. Previous experience in the consulting arena and in one or more of the above technical competencies.
