Process Design Engineer Descon Engineering Saudi Arabia Ref: HP217-20 Descon Engineering The Role The Role Responsibilities include: Preparation of PFDs, P&IDs, Heat and Mass Balance calculations. Process simulation on Hysis or Pro II. Pump sizing and selections Line sizing, and pressure drop calculations Thermal Design of Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers using HTRI or HTFS Pressure Relief and Control Valve sizing calculations Preparation of Process Data Sheets for Static Equipment i-e Process Vessels, Columns, Tanks, Heat Exchangers Tank Vent calculations Calculations for Internal Steam Coil for Tanks and Vessels Preparation of Equipment specifications and Review of Vendor documents for Package Units Experience on PHA, HAZARD, HAZOP studies shall be added advantage. Requirements Requirements BSc or MSc in Chemical Engineering 04 to 10 year in Process Design for Oil, Gas or Petrochemical Industries Candidate must have worked with Engineering Companies on Process Design assignments listed as below.
