Job Role/Skills Package Managers to manage our subcontractor packages and 1 No. Interface manager to liaise with adjacent Contractor packages working adjacent/around our project wide building facility Structural Steelwork, Cladding and Painting To be the Contractors focal point for the subcontractor and to manage all issues regarding the structural steelwork fabrication at the workshop and installation/erection on site to all buildings. Similarly, for the cladding and steelwork painting subcontractors. The candidate preferably needs to be a qualified structural engineer and to have worked fora structural steelwork contractor or a project manager managing structural steelwork contractors on sites. Alternatively, an experienced time served steelwork fabricator and erector. There will be the need to assist the QC dept. with their factory and site inspectionsi.e. manage the subcontractor s drawings and document submittals to us and the Engineer and third party information such as NDT of welds. Similarly, for the cladding and painting of steelwork - by other subcontractors i.e. paint application and finish, and fireproof painting. He/she must be capable of corresponding in English - both written and spoken.Doors, Windows, Ironmongery and metalscreens and miscellaneous works To be the Contractors focal point for the subcontractor and manageall issues regarding the manufacture and installation on site, of all the above items.
