Job and Responsibilities/Skills and Experience B.Sc. degree in Industrial Engineering, civil engineering or a related field. Three years of experience in quality assurance. Proficiency in written, read and spoken English and Arabic languages. Implementing quality standards, policies and procedures for all entities within the company in a manner that satisfies the set quality objectives, as well as performing periodic audits to make sure that all entities are complying and conforming to the set standards. Participating in setting, reviewing and upgrading the quality standards, policies and procedures for all entities within the company for keeping them up to date and ensuring highest quality standards is achieved. Performing periodic quality audits for assuring that entities within the company are abiding by the set standards, policies and procedures. Preparing periodic reports of engineering audits findings with performance percentages against preset compliance levels and pushing them to concerned entities with a copy sent to the department manager. Maintaining records on all audits performed and retaining records of all written and documented quality standards, policies and procedures. Investigating and handling complaints of unsatisfied clients with regards to defective or not up to the standards work and taking the necessary corrective actions for maintaining the highest quality values, taking into consideration test reports and work progress records. Continuously monitoring and checking the developed standards, policies and procedures and looking for ways of improvement to simplify the procedures but ensuring the enhancement of quality. Performing quality assurance engineering audits on materials received to the general warehouses for ensuring they are in compliance with the set quality standards. Suggesting corrective actions whenever problems arise at the construction site and assisting in compiling all construction related documents. Preparing periodic reports with respect to the section's activities and achievements to be submitted to the Section Head. Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the Section Head. Coordinating with all entities and staff within the company to ensure that policies and procedures are being implemented and followed. Advanced training courses in quality assurance auditing techniques. Advanced training courses in problem solving and complaints resolving. Professional knowledge of quality assurance principles and standards. Professional knowledge in the know-how and principles of auditing. Professional knowledge in construction materials characteristics.
