For a leading Oil & Gas company in the region. Must have a Bachelors degree in Either Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, a good understanding of machine shop processes, procedures, Assembly techniques, casting, fabrication methods, tooling and rotating equipment. Should have a minimum of 10 years experience in a manufacturing, machine shop environment with a large company, with strong skills in CNC and manual machine methods. This position requires you to be able to provide leadership and supervision to Machining Department at the FPD facility. The Overseeing of all machine shop activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives. Managing planning, purchasing, scheduling, production, and continuous improvement efforts for the department. Utilizing and embracing lean manufacturing activities (visual management metrics, 6S improvements, process flow, Accountability meetings etc.) and other cost reduction activities.
