One of our leading client based in Saudi Arabia is looking to appoint a Human Resources Director role to develop human resources policies, procedures, and programs to ensure effective, fair, and equitable management of staff throughout the organization. The candidate shall supervise 10 to 15 human resources officers within the organization Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop human resources strategy in line with the overall strategy, objectives, and values of the Company.
- Coordinate the centralization and integration activities among the group companies. Support other departments to accomplish their centralization and integration tasks.
- Develop and maintain human resources policies in line with the ministry of labor regulations.
- Manage payroll and ensure accurate employees salary, payment calculations and bank transfers.
- Develop employees’ appraisal system for all levels in the company.
- Develop and continually review the staff grading and compensation system in accordance with local and similar industry standards.
- Continual review of departmental organization and job descriptions in accordance with strategic planning and objectives, coordinate with department managers to keep the information updated.
- Select, evaluate, and approve recruiters, this may include headhunt web sites, national and international recruitment agencies. Formalize agreement with recruiters in coordination with deputy general manager.
- Participate in the primary evaluation of job applicants; coordinate with the concerned managers for the final evaluation of the job applicants.
- Monitor performance measurement of employees' satisfaction, absenteeism, work injuries, and other applicable key performance indicators.
- Prepare the annual training plan and training budget in coordination with all department managers.
- Select, evaluate, and approve training agencies. Administer training, update training records, and evaluate effectiveness of training in coordination with department managers.
Requirements:
- Saudi National.
- University graduate, preferably with Master Business Administration
- Ten years experience in HR field preferably in industrial environment.
- Five years local experience in HR supervisory position, foreign experience is an asset.
- Passed advanced training in related HR and management fields
- Leadership and managerial skills, with experience in handling multinational workforce.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
