G550 & Hawker Special Flight Mechanic. I01-70006607 POSITION DESCRIPTION: Performs shop and line inspection, repair, testing and overhaul work on avionics and electrical equipment primarily on Boeing-GulfStream. Accomplish the inspection, maintenance, complex repair, testing and trouble shooting on all fixed wing aircraft and its avionics electrical system consisting of Boeing-Dash-8 and GulfStream. Provides directions to lower classified avionics maintenance personnel and all maintenance jobs should be performed in accordance with FAA, aircraft manufacturers and Saudi Aramco Aviation Department specifications.
SELECTION CRITERIA: Must have Experience in G550. Excellent Avionics and Electrical Background. Completion of ITC: English, ERW; Math, MI; plus two (2) years of Technical School or Manufacturer Services schools. Eleven (11) years experience of which 5 years as Avionics Technician. OR Completion of formal apprenticeship program followed by a successful completion of a Technical School in Avionics leading to a license or an associate degree. Eight (8) years experience including 4 years as Avionics Technician. Communication and Pulse Specialists must have a valid FCC Radio Telephone-General license.
