CRM Techno-Functional Consultant Job Description for Sr. CRM Techno Functional Consultant CRM 5.0 & CRM 2007 or 7.0 Web UI experience Should be able to evaluate the system strategies and requirements related to enhance SAp CRM components; recommending and implementing them Responsible for leading the Upgrade, enhance the SAp CRM application Developing and documenting the detailed design and configuration of the business process Should be able to clearly understand the business requirements, compile Technical Design documents, participate in technical workshop and analyze technical issue to arrive at right solution Clear understanding of IC Web framework in previous CRM releases Good experience in BSp technologies, and IC Web framework In depth knowledge and experience in ABAp/OO ABAp, BADI & Action framework Create Technical specifications for ABAp programs for user exits, BADI, Workflow, UI design to provide required custom functionality At least 3-4 full cycle CRM implementation and should have played a lead role in at least 1-2 implementations Understand the existing CRM application, process design and gap analysis to standard SAp functionality within the business blueprint project phase, including influencing of key business stakeholders; configuration of SAp including management of system testing; data mapping and integration to other modules and Legacy applications Must have worked in Customer Interaction Center Good understanding of 2-3 of the CRM modules Optional knowledge of Enterprise portal Good knowledge of CRM Middleware Good understanding of the CRM Good Understanding of Workflow and smartforms Skill Set Experience in application migration (Specifically CRM 2007) Knowledge in previous CRM releases Experience in CTI Integration (6.0) Experience in ERMS Experience in CIC Experience in CRM integration with ECC Knowledge about Case Management Knowledge about CRM 5.0 & CRM 2007" Experience in (ABAp, BSp, BOL programming).
