Job and Responsibilities/Skills and Experience Diploma in CAD, design or a related field. Four years of experience in CAD. Proficiency in written, read and spoken English and Arabic languages. Developing the structural/ architectural drawings for the tenders/ projects according the set standards and project requirements. Developing the CAD drawings as per the architectural, civil, MEP and structural requirements for the tender/ project. Conducting amendments on the prepared drawings taking into consideration any changes/ modifications on the initial design. Coordinating with the structural/ architectural/ mechanical etc engineers to produce the drawings with the set specifications. Handling the different versions of the drawings and keeping them in a sequential manner for future reference. Preparing periodic reports with respect to the section activities and achievements to be submitted to the Section Head. Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the Section Head. Coordinating with the Engineers within the different fields to prepare the drawings as per required specifications. Advanced training courses in latest versions AutoCAD. Professional knowledge in construction design. Professional knowledge in computer aided design. Professional knowledge in CAD software. Communication skills. Analytical skills. Time management skills. Computer Aided Design skills.
