Global Accountancy Firm are looking for an Assistant Manager to join the Transactional Services Team in the Middle East
We are a Big 4 practice based in the Middle East, employing approximately 4000 employees in 19 offices in 13 Arab countries We are now recruiting an assistant Manager for the Transaction Advisory Service (TAS) team in Qatar . We have vacancies in Cairo, Dubai, Muscat, Jeddah, Riyadh, Al Khobar and Safat. Your main responsibilities will include: - Ensure compliance with the firm’s policies and guidance, and adherence to professional standards. - Execute the planning and management of assignments in an effective and efficient manner. - Ensure engagements are executed in accordance with the firm’s methodologies, guidance and professional standards. - Review work on a timely basis and in a thorough and constructive manner. You will also be responsible for Quality Service / Client Care and Operational Excellence. You will need 3 years + experience in two or more of the following areas: - Transaction Support. - Transaction Tax. - Valuation and Business Modelling. - Transaction Integration. - Project Finance. - Real Estate. - Restructuring. - Mergers & Acquisitions Advisory. All applicants must have a relevant first level university degree and a professional qualification degree, preferably CFA, CMA, CIMA, CFM, CPA, CA, ACCA, CVA, AVA or MBA. Excellent command over English and Arabic is a must. You will have excellent analytical and problem solving skills, communication and presentation skills and have previous experience in working with multicultural teams in the consulting arena and in one or more of the (more...)
