We are looking to employ Site Managers based in Qatar. The Site Managers will be responsible for the safe and profitable delivery of projects under their control, ensuring these projects are completed to the satisfaction of their line manager and respective client. The ideal candidates are likely to be educated to a Higher Diploma level in building and posses suitable H&S qualifications including First Aid. Relevant experience in managing construction operations particularly fit out works is essential with the candidate being familiar with the full construction ‘delivery’ process from design through to completion In addition the candidate will be experienced in managing design teams and suppliers including chairing and producing minutes of meetings. Strong leadership and motivational skills are essential. Communication skills in Hindi, Urdu and Arabic would be an advantage Salary and benefits’ will be commensurate with the role
