Job Description
An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quanitiy Surveyor with significant experience within the hotel sector, to be based in Doha, Qatar
The role will include responsibility for a prestigeous 5 star hotel development within a high profile community development project that offers a piazza, quality residential options, modern office spaces, world-class retail outlets and first class leisure facilities covering approximately 1.25 million square metres of space.
The successful candidate will take responsibility for providing a professional and efficient service for the project. This will include the production of monthly cost and value reports, quarterly forecasts and cash-flow information and the timely production and presentation of applications for payment, commercial input for client, and providing commercial advice to the site team in connection with project issues.
Person Specification
With significant quantity surveying experience gained within a site based Client side role for large contracts, you will have an excellent track record gained through advising and resolving issues. Experience within the hotel sector is a must.  Candidates should have a relevant (more...)
