Major Australian Multi-National Contractor Emphasis on Commercial, Contractual and Claims Management Expatriate Staff Position Attractive Remuneration Package
Our Client is a major Australian Multi-National Construction Contractor with a strong background of successful project executions within the Middle East. With the increase in activity within the building sector in Qatar and the UAE, they seek a number of Construction Industry Professionals to join their local team.
As Senior QS you will report to the Commercial Manager and be responsible along with a number of other Q.Sâs, for the effective Commercial, Contractual and Claims Management of a range of Building Projects.
Ideally you possess at least 10 years Commercial experience within the Building Contracting Sector with direct experience on large scale Building Projects. This experience will have see you successfully execute your QS role in the interests of the company in relation to the execution of the Commercial/Contractual Claims aspects of the Project. Specific experience in Hospitals, High Rise Residential and Commercial or Hotel projects will be well regarded. We specifically seek a strong background in Claims Preparation and Execution.
