Job Code: MRD/03/001 Primary Purpose Of The Job: To plan, schedule, supervise and control all offshore structural, mechanical and piping construction activities, carried out by contractors, operating from workboats or from a platform. Direct daily contractor activities ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions. Education: HNC or equivalent technical qualification in Structural or Mechanical Engineering and related courses in welding technology and offshore/marine maintenance work, and project management. Experience: Minimum of 10 years directly related experience, of which 5 years should be in offshore oil and gas facilities maintenance, marine and related activities. Strong operational experience of welding, rigging and offshore crane activities essential and a background in construction barge work desirable.
