To provide, under immediate supervision of the Head of Training & Development, professional-staff management expertise on personnel training & development matters, particularly of high-level administrative, supervisory and managerial positions. Oversees and participates in the training, development and pre-evaluation of all support departments related national staff. Will constantly be involved in post evaluation and follow up of their performance.
