Qatar Aeronautical College (QAC) is a premier Aviation Training Organization based in Doha â Qatar. QAC provide integrated ATPL (A), ATC training & MET Training to sponsored and private students feeding major airlines and Regulatory Authorities in the Middle East. QAC invites professionals meeting the following requirements to join the Quality Assurance Department for the post of Quality Manager - Pilot Training; Responsibilities: ⢠Formulating and implementing QAC auditing program. ⢠Carrying out audits, reviews and evaluations as planned. ⢠Reporting on any non-compliance, non-conformance or poor standards. ⢠Participating in reviews of the Quality System. ⢠Assisting with assessment of external specialist services required to be used by PTD. ⢠Reviewing amendments to the operations and training manuals. ⢠Securely storing all quality records including findings, audit reports, reviews and ⢠Ensuring that all records pertaining to various approvals are segregated and readily available for ⢠external audit. ⢠Assisting the Head of Training with formulating and updating of systems, processes and ⢠procedures ⢠Issue of Mandatory Occurrence (MOR) reports need to be submitted to the Authority. ⢠Reporting any non-compliance, non-conformance or poor standards to the relevant manager. ⢠Assessment of subcontractors Qualifications Required: 1. Holder of valid Pilot, Flight Navigator or Flight Engineer license 2. Satisfactorily completed an IRCA Certified Quality Auditors Course AND/OR Experience working as a Quality Auditor in an aviation environment for at least three (3) years 3. In-depth awareness of the fundamentals of Quality Assurance. Experience Required: At least five (5) years experience working in an operational capacity in an aviation environment.
