Our client is has more than 30 years Oilfield Maintenance experience in the State of Qatar. Catering to the fields like Oil, Gas, Petrochemical and Utilities Industries, both onshore and offshore, they now grown into one of the largest Mechanical Construction Company in Qatar.They require two QUANTITY SURVEYORS for their projects.Duties and Responsibilities:- Preparation of Bill of Quantity from Isometrics - Preparation of Invoices for Shop Fabricated items for unit rate Contracts- Preparation of Budgets, detailed Cost Plans and Performing Cost Control- Undertaking Cost Analysis for EPIC Works and assisting in establishing a client's requirements for invoicing- Preparing Tender and Contract documents, including Bill of Quantities- Preparing and analyzing costing for Tenders- Providing advice on Contractual Claims- Valuing Completed work and arranging payments to sub-contractors- Developing knowledge relevant to Contract Conditions and their applicationsExperience and local knowledge are essential commodities within the Middle East region, so it made perfect sense to combine 30 years' recruitment experience in the Gulf, providing a larger, more streamlined service to our clients and candidates. Skills - Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering- Proficient in the use of MS Office Software- Good command of English written and spoken BBT
