OVERVIEW:

Planning and Cost Control Manager with Oil & Gas plant experience required.

Will be working on various projects on crude oil processing plants, GTL plants, LNG plants and pipeline projects.

Main role will be on existing projects with some tendering. Project sizes range from USD 50-100 million.

Will be mentoring 8 Snr Planning Engineers, 2 Assistant Planners and 1 QS.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Mechanical Engineering Degree

15yrs experience in Planning and Cost Control

10yrs in Oil & Gas industry

At least 8yrs in a similar management role

Minimum 6yrs working in Middle East

Strong leadership skills

Good communication skills

Primavera 6 knowledge

Due to restrictions into Qatar the following visas are available; pitish, Australian and South African only

ROLE:

-Reporting to the General Manager this role will manage a team of planning and costing engineers and head the Planning Department.

-Required to have extensive knowledge of P6.2, P6.7 and P3.1.

-Will review the requirements of Project Controls and provide documentation and reports on time.

-Will attend coordination meetings with clients, consultants, vendors and construction team.

-Provide monthly management reports on progress and cost for each project. Requirements
