Job Description: Be part of a Team that works closely with Competence & Performance Management division building and delivering a curriculum of instructor-led, eLearning, On-the-Job-Training programmes to support each QatarGas business line to bridge their development gaps. Ensures the curriculum has strong business focus by building strong and close working relationships with each QG Group. Delivers the curriculum in a manner that fits the needs of each QG Group.
Required Qualification: A graduate in an HR-related discipline, possibly with a post-graduate level specialist Training qualification, plus 8 years stretching, developmental work experience.
Required Experience: Key skill sets include policy interpretation, improvement and implementation of procedures/systems for Non- technical Training programmes. Written and spoken English. Computer literacy including use of spread sheets, database systems.
