Job Code: CPD/09/001 Primary Purpose of the Job: To oversee the development of strategies to take Qatar's energy strategy beyond the oil and gas business and oversee the establishment of the organizations to implement these strategies. Education: A university degree in Engineering, Economics or Finance preferably at a post graduate level and industrial courses in management, economic modelling and financial analysis. Experience: 10 to 15 years experience in an engineering, commercial, planning or planning related role in the energy sector with at least 5 years business development experience, and at least 5 years experience at a supervisory level.
