Job Code: RMD/07/004 Primary Purpose Of The Job: At departmental level, participates and leads the development and implementation of mega Refining downstream projects at various stages, from initiation to commissioning and start-up. Emphasis is made on conducting the projects definition and execution subject to budget, schedule and quality through the various phases of feasibility, basic design, detailed design, construction, commissioning and start-up. The position embraces the whole projects lifecycle; it specializes in technical areas and coordinates with other functional areas. Education: BS in Chemical Engineering with significant knowledge in refining technologies and strong awareness of economics, business development and contracts negotiations. Experience & Skills: 10 years minimum of varied experience in Refining process operation & design, project engineering, economics and development. Excellent oral/written communication skills required with good command of English language, advanced level is preferred, Arabic is a plus.
