Job Description
Based on a major development in North Africa, you will plan, direct, coordinate and manage construction activities in assigned project area to ensure project progress and completion in accordance with overall project plan. Coordinate consultants and contractors in the assigned area to keep project compliant with Budget, Schedule, Quality and HSE requirements. Main responsibilities will include: -Plan, monitor and manage execution of construction activities in assigned area to ensure on time â in budget â high quality completion -Ensure timely reporting of project progress Ensure achievement of time, quality, cost and HSE goals on project -Drive and manage internal and external relationships for effective and efficient achievement of project goals -Provide leadership, ongoing guidance and support and motivate the project teams -Create industry networks and benchmarking opportunities -Ensure regulatory compliance
Person Specification
You will be fluent in spoken and written French and a graduate in Civil Engineering (with professional qualification in Project Management preferred). 8-10 years of experience in Project & Construction Management with at least 3 years experience in a Construction Manager role with a Project Management Organization.
