The Caviar House, a growing Restaurant chain in the Gulf, is looking for a Floor Restaurant Manager to join the newly established branch in Qatar.

Repoting to: Restaurant Manager

Job Description:

The Assistant Manger is responsible for the day to day operation of the restaurant.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• assist the Restaurants Manager in ensuring operational efficiency in service, attendance, grooming and attitude in order to keep service standards in line with those of the LMDC and to raise them beyond guest expectations

• plan and schedule duty schedule for all staff in accordance with LMDC and Qatarian government regulations and in line with business demands.

• interact with the guests to ensure good communications and increase food and beverage sales

• provide constant feedback on customer comments and to deal with customer complaints accordingly and in line with LMDC’s guidelines

• implement and carry out training for all staff in all aspects of service to improve the standards of the LMDC Restaurant and increase sales

• ensure and facilitate a flow of communication to and from other departments and between management and staff .

REQUIREMENTS

• knowledge of food and beverage standards of service and quality and how they should be implemented

• previous experience in a guest contact position in the service field for at least three years.

• ability to direct and provide reference for subordinates, evaluate staff performance and resolve operational problems and customers complaints effectively

• ability to work and communicate effectively with people of all cultures

• Excellent communication skills.

• Well groomed
