This firm due to a huge demand from clients seeking their expert knowledge are looking for a Real Estate Investment Director. 15 toà 18à years experience , 5 in the MENA / GCC and UK Real Estate market. Must have worked within a investment bank / private equity firm in a real estate role.
Qualifications and Skills â¢Ã Minimum 12 Years of experience in real estate investment, ideally with some Middle East experience. As well as the UK. â¢Ã A university degree, MBA / CFAà an advantage â¢Ã Buy-side investment of real estate assets in UK and GCCà / MENA â¢Ã Must have worked within a investment bank / private equity firm in a role that covered real estate.
Primary functions â¢Ã Buy-side real estate investment in Europe and Middle East. Pure Investment, private equity, investment advisory, direct Investments, mergers and acquisitions (M& A). à à â¢Ã Ideally you will have executed numerous real estate transactions in the UK and GCC and be able to provide a list of Executed Investment Transactions and Advisory Mandatesà with your application.à à à â¢Ã Fund administration and reporting â¢Ã Investor relations â¢Ã Banking/financing arranging (support) â¢Ã Financial appraisal and reporting â¢Ã Manage Assets and Exit strategies of assets â¢Ã Sales and marketing of assets (support) â¢Ã Prepare budgets, estimates and cash flows â¢Ã Prepare recommendations to Investment Committee â¢Ã Prepare and distribute minutes of meetings. â¢Ã Review and analyze ongoing and potential business opportunit (more...)
