To supervise the training activities of staff, contractors, responsible for the design, development, implementation, coordination, operation, and evaluation of a full range of training services in Administration training. Operations are conducted under guidelines of a Senior Development Councilor. These councilors will be directly involved in the development of National staff to developing their administration and best practice skills.
