A major oil company based in Tripoli, Libya are looking to recruit an experienced Electrical Engineer with a min of 10 years experience gained within the Oil and Gas sector. Ideal; candidate should have a min of 5 years field experience. The successful candidate will be degree educated.
Applicants should be experienced in the following: Working knowledge of HT & Lt Installation, transformers and drives, PLCs SCADA, and DCS systems and knowledge of Engineering, Procurement Construction and commissioning activities.
Working knowledge of electrical /instrument specifications, codes and standards.
Previous experience in Project design engineering field with knowledge of hazardous area design. Should be conversant with engineering software
Familiarity with oil and gas electrical systems design, construction, and instrumentation, operations and maintenance experience in oil production and transmission systems is essential.
