We are currently looking for an experienced Director of Finance for a luxury 5* hotel in sunny Doha, Qatar.
Job description: Functions as the strategic financial business leader for several properties within a market. Responsible for achieving financial goals at each participating property. The position champions, develops and implements hotel-wide strategies that deliver products and services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of the brand's target customer and property associates. The position provides the financial expertise to enable the successful implementation of the brand service strategy and brand initiatives while maximizing the return on investment to the owners and to the company as a whole. In addition, creates and executes a business plan that is aligned with the brand's business strategy and focuses on the execution of financial and accounting activities and the delivery of desirable financial results.
Skill requirements: Master's degree in Finance and Accounting is essential along with a minimum of 5 years experience as a Director of Finance in a 5*Â hotel. Middle East experience in the hotel field is also highly desirable.
