(DOMASCO), an overseas joint venture of the reputable UAE-based Al Futtaim Group, has been operating business in Qatar for 15 years and has sole distribution rights for Honda, Volvo cars and trucks, reputed pands of watches and electronics such as Raymond Weil, Casio and Sanyo as well as Yanmar marine engines in the country. We are currently looking to recruit experienced Dealer Sales Executive for Electronics Division.The primary focus of the role will be to meet and exceed the sales budget for the dealers and contribute to the achievement of departmental sales and gross margin budgets and overall company objectives.The main duties within the role include the following:* Achievement of Sales / Gross Margin: To achieve and exceed the budgeted sales and gross margin for dealers and contribute to the achievement of the departmental budgets.* Merchandising: To effectively make use of the merchandise to maximize shelf space at dealer outlets.* Collection of Cheques: To monitor market outstandings and collect payments within time limits per company standards.* Market Information / Competitive Intelligence : To provide competitor's pricing and market info to the department manager for negotiation with Principals.* Assist in Ordering: To provide information to Sales Manager on product movement of all models/pands for optimum stock ordering.* Dealer visits: Constantly liaise with dealers to develop rapport and increase sales and maximize gross margin.* Dealer Credit worthiness: To provide the Sales Manager with all relevant information in order to assess the dealer's credit worthiness and recommend credit limits. Requirements Requirements The ideal candidate will have the following experience:* Essential to have at least 3-5 years front line professional selling experience in a large reputed trading organization of similar nature* Able to deal effectively, openly and positively* Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)* Good command of the English language and Arabic is preferable* Excellent organizational skills and ability to show initiative* Well-groomed and presentable* Self-motivated, reliable and confident* Positive attitude and ability to work well with others* Competent to analyse market situation and identify customer needs* Ability to deal effectively with pressure and stress* Must have excellent interpersonal skills * Possess organization and time management skills with demonstrated ability to follow sales process* Â Degree education preferred but not essential* Good knowledge of MS Office products About the Company About the Company Established in the 1930's, the Al-Futtaim Group initially operated as a trading enterprise.
