High Rise development A degree educated Construction Manager is required by a leading contractor in the GCC region, to oversee the day-day site operations of a prestigious high-rise development in Doha, Qatar (40 floors+). Reporting into the Project Manager, the ideal individual will have a minimum 12 years construction experience, the majority of which must be on high-rise developments. The client is particularly keen on candidates' who have acted as a Construction Manager on UAE high-rise developments with reputable contractors. A preference is for an Arabic speaker however Western expatriates will also be considered if they can demonstrate all the above criteria. Our client is one of the most highly regarded contractor employers to work for in the region, with an enviable portfolio of projects to its name.
