Communications Manager (Healthcare Improvement) Jerry Varghese International (JVI) Doha, Qatar Ref: HP599-225 Jerry Varghese International (JVI) The Role The Role POSITION SUMMARY This role has responsibility for creating and managing communication plans to support multiple, complex change projects. Liaising with senior stakeholders and program managers across the corporation, this role assists and advises on how to manage and deliver communications in a diverse and rapidly changing environment. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Leads in the development and management of communication strategies for transforming healthcare improvement Develops strategic communications relevant to CHI initiatives to a wide audience of internal and external stakeholders and third-parties Provides expert strategic advice and input on communication channels, format, high quality content and delivery Drafts Board, Managing Director and Executive speeches and announcements relevant to CHI program successes which achieve engagement of targeted or poad-based audiences Ensures appropriate content, tone and language in development of clear, persuasive and accessible communications Develops relationships with internal and external media representatives Engages in medical professionals across the corporation in obtaining support and ownership of communication messages Develops relationships with other agencies, public and private to assist in promoting and communicating on CHI innovations and achievements Requirements Requirements QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Candidate must have a Bachelors Degree preferably with Masters Degree or Prost Graduate qualifications in Public Relations, Communications or Marketing.
