Our Client is a major Australian Multi-National Construction Contractor with a strong background of successful project executions within the Middle East. With the increase in activity within the building sector in Qatar and the UAE, they seek a number of Construction Industry Professionals to join their local team.
As Commercial Manager you will report to the Project Manager and be responsible along with the management of your team of Q.Sâs, for the effective Commercial and Contractual Management of a range of MEP/HVAC Projects.
Ideally you possess at least 10 years Commercial experience within the Building Contracting Sector with direct experience on large scale MEP/HVAC Projects. This experience will have see you successfully lead a team of Q.Sâs along with other support staff in managing the interests of the company in relation to the execution of the Commercial/Contractual aspects of the Project. Specific experience in Hospitals, High Rise Residential and Commercial or Hotel projects will be well regarded. We specifically seek a strong background in Claims Preparation and Execution.
