Leading Middle East investment company with a US$20+ billion portfolio covering real estate, infrastructure, business services and financial sector seeking Associate Directors to execute and refine the real estate investment strategy
Become part of a leading Middle East investment company. With a portfolio of domestic and international investments totaling more than US$20 billion this is an excellent opportunity to enter the Middle East market. Our portfolio covers real estate, infrastructure, business services and the financial service sector and we are now seeking a number of Associate Directors within the Real Estate portfolio.
The Real Estate sector is global in reach and has shown strong growth over the past few years across a number of asset classes. These include residential, commercial and hospitality with a clear mandate to continue to grow aggressively. The Associate Directors will execute and further refine the groupâs Real Estate investment strategy.
Key responsibilities will include;
⢠Develop investment strategy for real estate in terms of geography, asset classes and type of investments
⢠Drive fundraising effort for real estate to ensure significant capital is available to sustain investment strategy
⢠Source deals and develop investment cases
⢠Provide guidance during due diligence process and lead incubation from inception to vehicle set-up
⢠Regular performance evaluation of investments, subsidiaries and the group focusing on value creation
⢠Make recommendation for exits and monetization of real estate investments

Individuals with the followng profile are invited to apply;
⢠University Degree, preferably with an additional MBA
⢠5 â 10 years proven experience in real estate investment from either private equity, hedge fund, SWF or other fund manager
⢠Significant exposure to M&A
⢠Must have raised Private Equity funds and have a track record of delivering constant returns
⢠Experience in sourcing deals and managing investments in real estate
⢠A start-up/entrepreneurial mindset
