Our client is a large international firm of chartered surveyors with offices across the Middle East, North Africa, Asia and in Europe. They now have a requirement for a Valuations Surveyor who must be MRICS qualified to join them in Oman although you will need to spend a few months initially in Dubai. You will need to have experience of valuations of both commercial and residential properties and be able to do valuations from off plan properties too. You will need to have gained experience with a known firm of chartered surveyors, have a stable work record and have experience of working in a mature market. Ideally you will also have some experience gained in an emerging marketplace too. You will report directly to the Head of Valuations and will act as the 'right hand' to the Head. Good communication and client facing skills are essential. PJS
