Candidate should possess strong experience on Home appliance, electronics, business equipmen, should have good brand experience, strong with business systems, policies & procedures, cash handling, PO systems, merchandising & QC. Must have experience in managing Sales staff & to be able to set targets& schedules. Must be able to train staff on product & customer services. Will be responsible for customer service(pre/after sales). Must understand P&L & budgeting, will laise with brand Mgrs on stock availability & service levels will be responsible for verifying pricing structures.
