Established in 1970, from a busy shop dealing only in electronics in Muttrah souq in 1970, to the dynamic enterprise it is today, the vision of the company and the endeavor to fulfill it is a story of changes that span over 35 years. Candidate should possess strong experience on Home appliance, electronics, business equipmen, should have good brand experience, strong with business systems, policies & procedures, cash handling, PO systems, merchandising & QC. Must have experience in managing Sales staff & to be able to set targets& schedules. Must be able to train staff on product & customer services. Will be responsible for customer service(pre/after sales). Must understand P&L & budgeting, will laise with Brand Mgrs on stock availability & service levels will be responsible for verifying pricing structures. Must understand inventory & inventory procedures reconcialiation(theorical & Practical), must have ability to expand the no. of retail location & conduct neg. relative to est. sales & complete feasibility studies in accordance with existing templates. Aged 38-45 years 15 years of experience in multi outlet operations, frequent travel required, high enery levels & self motivated CJME
