Description Our client, a leading Real Estate Investment Company based in Oman is seeking to recruit a suitable candidate for the above mentioned position. The job responsibilities entail: Building financial/business modeling with sensitivity scenarios Calculating return on investments with alternative plans/strategies and exit routes. Preparing Cash flow projections, income statements, balance sheets, and schedules at least for 10 years with sensitivity scenarios. Analyzing feasibility reports, research report, recommendation note, information memorandum, draft prospectus gathering of facts & figures, conduct surveys and market research. Preparing business plans and strategies. Liasoning & negotiations with Banks and Institutions Graduates (MBA Finance/ CFA) with 4-5 years of experience and sound knowledge in Real Estate Fund Analysis, Project Finance may apply for the role.
