Description Working in collaboration with the Head of Business Development - Mining and Metals, the successful candidate will: - Analyze, monitor, advise and report on regional and international market trends in specific metals and mining sectors; - Identify and develop acquisition strategies for potential investments in the metals and mining sector using personal industry and other sources of market intelligence; - Conduct preliminary screening of investment opportunities; - Conduct detailed evaluation of investment opportunities including financial modeling, valuation, due diligence and risk assessment - Prepare proposals for acquisition of investment opportunities including development of negotiating strategies; - Support or act as a member of commercial negotiating teams; - Liaise with legal counsel in the drafting of and review of investment agreements; - Perform all other related duties as required and assigned.
Working hours: 40 hours per week Key Competencies: - Expert knowledge of business assessment financial modeling, valuation. - Proven research and analytical skills. - Computer literate with working expertise in MS Office. - Strong ethics with a problem solving attitude. - Detailed oriented in terms of documentation. - Fluent in English, Arabic an advantage - Good writing skills. - Excellent interpersonal skills.
