A major water organisation currently has a requirement for 2 Project Planners to work on a large utilities scheme in Oman. This is an excellent opportunity to work on one of the largest infrastructure schemes currently underway in the Middle East.
The successful candidate will be expected to create detailed programmes of work using Primavera 3 and MS Project, monitor/update progress, progress reporting, liaising with management, contractors & subcontractors, critical path analysis, etc.
Ideally, the successful candidate will have the following experience:
- At least 5 years planning experience, ideally within the water sector, and a background in engineering. - Must have a strong knowledge of wastewater projects (collection & treatment) including design, construction & commissioning. - Proficient with Primavera P3 and MS Project. - Good interpersonal skills. - Fluent in English. - Eligible to work in Oman (would prefer Omani National due to security issues but will also consider those with NOC to work freely).
