Personnel & Admin Manager Pathway Resourcing Oman Ref: HP420-229 Pathway Resourcing The Role The Role FMCG in Oman The company has around 200 employees in Oman. Role will involve: - Recruitment - Compensation & Benefits - Budget planning - All core HR functions Will report into the Divisional Head for the region. Salary: 16,000AED/month + Schooling allowance + air tickets + medical Requirements Requirements Minimum of 2 years within HR Generalist position. - ARABIC speaking is ESSENTIAL. - Exposure to both operational and strategical HR. - Relevant industry experience is not essential. - Candidates available within a months notice will be preferred.
