Our client â a Rapidly Expanding Telecommunications Corporation is looking for a Manpower planning Manager
The purpose of the role is:
To ensure that short and long term manpower plans for the company are in place that consider the projected growth and expansions. Enhance efficiency and ensure best utilisation of existing manpower by analysing manpower usage within the organization.
Required Experience:
⢠At least 10 years experience in Human Resources, of which 4 should be in manpower planning within a large organisation, preferably within telecommunications. ⢠proven ability in manpower planning and optimisation. ⢠proven ability in statistical analysis  EOB
