Manager Marketing MRL Financial Oman Ref: GP195-662 MRL Financial The Role The Role Plan, prepare, organize managing and control the implementation of products advertising and media plan and enhance relationship with publishers, advertising agencies etc. in order to achieve maximum benefits /mileage for the Bank. Plan, monitor, guide and control panch displays gift items sponsorship programs in order to achieve higher mileage and reflect a good image Handle monitor guide the departmental activities and ensure co-ordination amongst all staff members in order to complete all the approved the management objectives. Mobilise deposits for the panches in order to achieve the business objectives of the Bank. Organise, conduct an on-job-training to staff on new or modified procedures in order to improve staff skills and the omanisation level in the bank. Communicate, investigate conduct surveys respond and follow up on all needs and enquiries in order to offer quality service and meet customer satisfaction. Rectify audit remarks and adhere to the DTPs set procedures in order to ensure error free processing and good house keeping of books and compliance of regulations Introduce methods review guide and monitor departments in order to ensure optimum utilization of available resources and cost control. Requirements Requirements Minimum requirements 10 years experience in the financial and banking sector and been part of a risk management team, preferably with an international bank with a focus on retail banking. Good general knowledge of various banking operations and banking products/instruments Strong organizational and planning skills to be able to conceptualise and put into practice ideas Self confidence to deal effectively at the highest levels Been a team player with the ability to motivate and lead Good business sense and the ability to develop an understanding of the banks products and dynamics in the market. Have uncompromising ethics and the willingness to take a stand with line management on business decisions from a financial perspective and business conduct. Adequate systems skills Prior work experience in the gulf.
