Posted by Manpower Professional / Clarendon Parker ME on 16/08/2009 Manpower Professional / Clarendon Parker ME Our client is one of the largest most diversified, multi locational and multidivisional marketing and engineering organizations in the Sultanate of Oman, handling several international reputed brands is seeking to recruit Manager- After Sales Service (Electronics & Home Appliances) reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer Job Responsibilities Managing the After Sales Service function of the Electronics & Home Appliances division. The division employs around 50+ employees (Engineers, Supervisors and Technicians) and provide Warranty Service, Preventive and Annual Maintenance Contract services to the customers. Our customers include individual customers and high end corporate customers. Our product line includes: Ducted, split, packaged and window air-conditioners, Refrigerators, Deep Freezers, Washing Machines, Cooking Ranges, LCD TVs, Microwave Ovens, etc. Experience At least 7 10 years of experience in the After Sales Service of Electronics & Home Appliances. He should have managed a Division/Department at least for the last 5 years. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in a similar capacity with a large manufacturing company or a large EHA dealership in the middle east. The candidate must possess good interpersonal skills, communication skills and IT skills. He needs to be a strategist and a good operations manager. He should utilize the manpower and the resources to meet the highest standards of service levels so that the satisfied customers are our brand ambassadors. Qualification Graduate Engineer preferably with specialization in Refrigeration and Air-conditioning. Desirable: MBA Past experience in GCC will be an advantage Remuneration package Family status. The monthly remuneration package will be negotiable (Which will not be less than RO.1500/- say US Dollars 3800/- per month inclusive of Basic pay, HRA, Vehicle Allowance and other allowances) .Other Perks include leave benefits, annual air tickets, medical and gratuity.
